Attorney General Lucien Wong's Easter Surprise: Abetting the Murder of Jia Min's Grandfather

Editors Note – An error in this post used to read: "If Lucien was involved in tampering with the investigation into Jia Min's maternal grandmother's death, we cannot help but wonder: Why, and what else?". This is a typo, and should have been "Jia Min's maternal grandfather". We apologize for this error.

We've come to learn from our sources that Attorney General Lucien Wong – who has attempted to unmask, censor and cancel our site, as we outlined in our previous post – had a role to play in abetting the murder of Jia Min's maternal grandfather. This was done in collaboration with the Christian far-right, to whom Lucien Wong is connected via his son Paul. Paul is a lawyer-turned-pastor involved in churches/groups connected to CanaVox.

As we mentioned in our post 'Mercury Claims 9th Murder: Jia Min's Grandfather', Mercury stated that her girlfriend/accomplice Heather had used methyl iodide (a.k.a. iodomethane) to kill Jia Min's maternal grandfather, who was discovered dead on 10 April 2023 (Monday), earlier this week. When Carissa asked how Heather had "come to know where [Jia Min's] grandfather was", Mercury replied that "[Heather] had a little help from the servants of God. Church Of Our Savior" (COOS) in Singapore. Mercury further claimed: "The good people at COOS have connections at the Sengkang General Hospital with their staff. COOS has connections to yet another church, which shall stay unnamed, which has a large enough network of informants that it would make your pretty little head spin." Once again, please read 'Mercury Claims 9th Murder: Jia Min's Grandfather' for more information as well as evidence.

We understand from Carissa's recently released 25-page letter to the AGC that there have been deliberate falsehoods advanced by Christian far-right groups who are supportive of or aligned with Mercury. Carissa has clarified and refuted some of these accusations. Please see pages 22 – 24 of the letter for the relevant section; we have also included it in this post in Screenshots #1 – #3. These pages provide context on why the Christian far-right are in contact with Mercury at all.

We've since come to understand from our sources that "another church, which shall stay unnamed", refers to 3:16 Church in Singapore. Specifically, we understand that someone affiliated with 3:16 Church had suggested that should Mercury want to commit murder, Easter Sunday would be an appropriate and impactful day for a death to occur, as it is a religious holiday for Christians and is hence significant. (Note that Jia Min's maternal grandfather ended up passing away the day after Easter Sunday instead. It is difficult to precisely calculate and time how long it will take for someone's body to fully succumb to poison.) We further understand that a separate individual from Church Of Our Saviour had sold Mercury the methyl iodide, which had in turn been procured via CanaVox. Both of these individuals had approached Mercury through Cornerstone Community Church, which is the church that Mercury attends. We understand that Lucien Wong was aware in advance that someone from Jia Min's family was going to die on Easter Sunday. We understand that Lucien Wong was informed about this through CanaVox's Carol Loi, so that he could take the steps necessary on his part to ensure that hard evidence of the murder would not be traced.

Note that 3:16 Church, COOS, CanaVox and Cornerstone Community Church are named in Carissa's recently released 25-page letter to the AGC. Please see page 10 of the letter for the relevant section; we have also included it in this post in Screenshot #4.

We understand from our sources that on his part, Lucien Wong had put in place instructions to disable and block specific individuals from being efficiently attended to by the police. The specific individuals named by Lucien Wong were: Carissa, Harvey, Mercury's ex, Tobias, Anon Victim #2, Derek Wong Kim Siong, Magdalene Chew Sui Gek, Joyce, Sanjith, Paul Aquilon, Wai Jin Sheng, Yeo Kheng Hui, and [redacted]. We understand that at 6pm on 11 April 2023 (Tuesday), these instructions were confirmed to have already been put in place. With the knowledge that the cremation would be at 2:30pm on 13 April 2023 (Thursday), Lucien Wong's instructions for delays were scheduled to be in effect until 4pm on 13 April 2023 (Thursday), i.e. after the cremation was complete. Indeed, the Investigation Officer (IO) attending to the death of Jia Min's maternal grandfather finally called Carissa back only at 6:31pm on 13 April 2023 (Thursday) – hours after the body had already been cremated. This delay was despite Carissa having headed down to the police station on 12 April 2023 (Wednesday) evening; despite managing to file her police report number F/20230413/2003 at around 1am on 13 April 2023 (Thursday) after spending hours waiting and conversing with the police officers; and despite repeatedly stressing the time sensitive nature of the matter.

To be clear: We are not suggesting that any of these IOs were necessarily knowingly or intentionally abetting the murder of Jia Min's maternal grandfather. Rather, we understand from our sources that Lucien Wong's instructions were to effectively obstruct any of these specific individuals from approaching any IOs before the cremation of Jia Min's maternal grandfather's body was complete.

We understand from our sources that Lucien Wong and Mercury were confident that Jia Min's family would not independently ask for an autopsy – in part because there was little reason to suspect foul play since Jia Min's maternal grandfather had already been sickly and bedridden for years, and in part because the family would already be in a vulnerable state. Accepting that his death could possibly be a murder case would be emotionally and psychologically difficult, especially considering Jia Min's fragile state from all that she has been subjected to as one of Mercury's victim.

On 8 April 2023, Mercury, impersonating Sanjith, claimed: "the Attorney -General is on Mercury's side". Given what we have learnt from our sources about Lucien Wong's involvement in abetting the cover-up of the murder of Jia Min's grandfather between 10 April 2023 and 13 April 2023, in collaboration with the Christian far-right, Mercury's confidence in making such a bold assertion has merit.

If Lucien was involved in tampering with the investigation into Jia Min's maternal grandfather's death, we cannot help but wonder: Why, and what else?
