Attorney General Lucien Wong's Attempts to Unmask, Censor, and Cancel Victims of Malice
Firstly, we have come to learn that, allegedly, "the fake client's instruction" in the fixing up of Charles Yeo "seems to have been at the AGC's behest" – specifically "Mr Wong Yuen Kai Lucien, S.C. had some 3rd party, i.e. not connected to the civil service, do the needful for the cops to fix up Charles Yeo." Lucien Wong is the current Attorney General (AG) of Singapore. We understand that the "3rd party" in this case refers specifically to Mercury.
Secondly, we further understand that Lucien Wong has met with US Attorney General Merrick B. Garland on 10 April 2023 (Monday) in Washington, D.C. We have heard from our sources that during this meeting, Lucien Wong requested that the operators of our site (i.e. victimsofmalice.com) be unmasked by exercising powers under the USA PATRIOT Act to issue a National Security Letter requiring NameCheap to release our data.
Thirdly, we further understand that "[t]he delegation from Singapore also met with Deputy Assistant Attorney General Richard Downing, the FBI, and other enforcement teams to discuss cybercrime, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology issues". More specifically, we have heard from our sources that Lucien Wong has met with the US Justice Department to request for the FBI to classify our site as an international terrorist organisation, in order to obtain InterPol Red Notices.
If true, it is odd and alarming that Lucien Wong has chosen to bring the Mercury situation up in the context of trying to unmask, censor, and cancel our site (i.e. victimsofmalice.com), instead of more pressingly raising the issue of Jia Min's sex tape having been minted as NFTs on an account belonging to Mercury on the suggestion of a specific District Judge. We stress that this is not characteristic of all District Judges and should not reflect on the Judiciary as a whole.
Fourthly, we understand that the Witherspoon Institute has some involvement in this matter as well. We note that the Witherspoon Institute is registered in the US, but has been involved in funneling money to organisations in Singapore for the purpose of interfering in Singapore's domestic politics through discrediting Mercury's victims to prevent them from testifying as witnesses, among other things. We understand that Lucien Wong is connected to the Christian far-right via his son Paul, who is a lawyer-turned-pastor involved in churches/groups connected to CanaVox.
We are quite bewildered by this because all our site has done thus far is to share the experiences of Mercury's many victims. We have no interest in interfering with diplomatic and political relations between countries. If this information about Lucien Wong is true, we are concerned that this constitutes an abuse of his powers as Attorney General of Singapore, possibly even to the detriment of the national interests of multiple countries. We wonder if Singapore's Minister of Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan is aware of this.
